Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. We have recently completed on our house and Reeds Rains were acting on behalf of the owners of the house we have bought. John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

Tim the manager came to value the property, he was enthusiastic. I liked the way the property was to be marketed and the estate agents fees were very reasonable. Sold quickly. The staff at Reeds Rains are organised and knowledgeable.
