As first-time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team at Reeds Rains Congleton were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

Freddie was the essential part of our house sale. He was really helpful and kept us informed and on top of events in our chain. He liaised with our purchasers when our initial onward move fell through and saw our house sale through from viewing to completion, including conversations about leaving appliances. Tim the manager came to value the property, he was enthusiastic. I liked the way the property was to be marketed and the estate agents fees were very reasonable. Sold quickly. The staff at Reeds Rains are organised and knowledgeable.
