I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

Tim the manager came to value the property, he was enthusiastic. I liked the way the property was to be marketed and the estate agents fees were very reasonable. Sold quickly. The staff at Reeds Rains are organised and knowledgeable.

????? Outstanding Service from Ellie at Reeds Rains!<br><br>We have had an absolutely amazing experience with Reen Reads, especially Ellie. As we are moving from London, the process has been a little challenging, and after dealing with several other agents from various other companies who were not particularly helpful, Ellie was a breath of fresh air.<br>She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the dates and all the other arrangements.<br>Ellie genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. My husband and I were relocating from the U.S. to the U.K. and had our sights set on the Rye area. Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!<br><br>From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
