We recently sold our property through Savills and can highly recommend them. The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

We have just exchanged on our house in Falmouth through Savills, and I cannot praise Sean Anderson and his colleague Will Eva highly enough.<br><br>Although a few earlier offers on other properties didn't work out—through no fault of Savills—Sean worked closely with us to patiently navigate the market and ultimately find a property that perfectly matched our requirements. The level of professionalism, communication, and dedication we received from Sean and the team throughout the process was brilliant.<br><br>Thank you both for helping us secure our new home. I had the pleasure of using Savills’ Clifton office last year and thought it only fair I write a review - better late than never! They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.

Inaccurate valuation, however the market has been difficult and the offer was not significantly under previous predictions from other agents. Good overall experience for a challenging sale.

Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process.
We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ.
After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier.
The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The service from Savills Norwich was excellent. The valuation and subsequent sale price was as assessed by Ben. All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

We had a difficult time with two sales falling through (they had personal reasons). Savills were very supportive and got the third sale over the line, with a speedy conclusion. They were professional and helpful and we would like to thank Claire and the team.

Nicky and her team at Summertown have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically over the past year to get our 4th prospective buyer over the line. It has been a challenging task but the team never let go of the job and eventually it paid off. Also Nicky arranged a private sale of a cottage in the Village that will suit our needs very well. Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
