After looking for a property for some time Jane Cook listen to our needs and the type of property we were after. Estate agents are getting a bit of a bad press at the moment, but I have to say we had a great experience with Taylors in Flitwick!
Daniel and the team sold our house quickly (after not having a great experience with another local firm), and were always available to help with any questions. We definitely felt they had our best interests at heart!

The agents here are clearly game players and out for themselves I offered the full asking price which was agreed. The agent Kyle Wells also said he cancelled all seven viewings, even took it off the market. Just for him to call me a day later and say “ the seller has decided to go with someone who’s in a better position than you”. Errrm I’m a first time buyer I’m not in any chain, my position doesn’t get any better than that. So basically he was lying from the get go he didn’t cancel the viewings got a higher offer and then tried to make out I wasn’t in a good position using reverse psychology against me to cover up your scheme very low. I would waste my time with these again.
