I am extremely disappointed with Taylors. They seem to be waiting for things to happen rather than taking action, and we constantly have to chase them to do their job. If I had my buyer's solicitor's contact information, I could handle this myself. This has been a nightmare—the deal is nearly collapsing. I will never use this agency again.

Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe.
Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service.
I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

We had a very pleasing experience with the sales team during the recent sale of our property. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and maintained clear, punctual communication throughout the entire process. They made sure everything ran smoothly and consistently kept us updated, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel very well managed.
Josh in particular really stood out. He was always professional, approachable, and proactive, and it’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does. His positive attitude and dedication made a real difference, and we felt confident our sale was in very capable hands.

Josh was brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our property. From the first interaction to completion, he was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us.Selling a house can be stressful, but Josh made it feel much easier by keeping us updated and always being available to answer our questions.
What really stood out was how friendly and honest he was – nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He went above and beyond to help move things along and made sure everyone stayed on track.

We dealt with Sophia when looking at a potential property to purchase. She was incredibly efficient and even willing to meet us an hour later to view the property. Not only was this appreciated but by the time we were home she had found answers for the majority of our questions. When trying to find a home to buy, this level of dedication was noticed and really appreciated. Sadly the property wasn't meant to be when our offer was refused but Sophia phoned to check in with us. Thoroughly recommend Taylors and Sophia specifically!

At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed.
We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen.
We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences.
Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily.
To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it.
Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

Estate agents are getting a bit of a bad press at the moment, but I have to say we had a great experience with Taylors in Flitwick!
Daniel and the team sold our house quickly (after not having a great experience with another local firm), and were always available to help with any questions. We definitely felt they had our best interests at heart!
