Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

Kelsey Yeates at William H Brown was absolutely amazing throughout my rental process here in England. She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out to me, and it made me want to go through this particular letting agency. To be quite honest, she deserves a promotion! Highly recommend working with her. 10/10!!!

All the team in the Long Sutton branch were absolutely fantastic. Jodie in particular helped me a lot with the sale of my late mothers home. It was a difficult situation and Jodie, Alex and the team handled it with grace which me and my family appreciated immensely. I would 100% recommend them.
