I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. We have put our house on with William H Brown of Long Sutton, We are so impressed with their professionalism, how we were dealt with and made to feel thoughly confident in going with this estate agent. They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Very disappointing service regarding our mortgage application. I have sent several emails requesting updates but have not received a response. Given the importance and time-sensitive nature of a mortgage application, I would have expected better communication and customer service.

Just like to say a massive thank you to Tracy for getting this done at the end really put in some hard graft getting it finished.would like to thank the other staff members for contributing…. But the big thank you and the main body of work done in my opinion was Georger my night my confidant foot-soldier the one that pushed the cogs on a daily basis with a smile professional attitude and compassion to get the tasked done well played. This is just the tip of the iceberg to put this down in such a small scale. I couldn’t ask for better people /company to sell homes.
