Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

Excellent from start to finish. Several viewings within the first few days of our house being on the market with them and sold within a week! Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!

After dealing with multiple local agencies I found the fakenham branch of William H Brown to stand out as one of the best! I believe it was Courtney, Jonny and Tara who had helped me and were very informative with the questions I had to ask.
