I honestly can’t thank Trudy and Greg at Winkworth Reading enough for everything they did during the sale of my house. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but Trudy in particular went above and beyond to keep the process moving and, quite frankly, kept me sane throughout it all.
She was proactive, persistent, reassuring and always kept me updated. When things became tense towards exchange and completion, she was constantly chasing solicitors, brokers and buyers to make sure everything stayed on track. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.
Greg was also fantastic behind the scenes and incredibly helpful whenever things needed sorting quickly. Together they made a brilliant team.
What really stood out was the genuine care and humour they brought to the process — they made a very stressful experience feel manageable and human. I always felt supported and knew they were fighting my corner.
If you’re selling in Reading, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Winkworth Reading team.

We had a great experience with the Winkworth Surbiton team, . They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.
They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. They were always quick to provide updates and chase others in the chain when needed.

Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
