I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

We turned to Winkworth after a bad experience with another estate agent. I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. Ben and his team were first class from start to finish with our sale. Kept us informed constantly with updates. Never had to contact them to chase, never known an agent like it tbh. Victoria honestly went above and beyond to help me find the right place. Firstly she was just super friendly and chatty and represented the business really well. She knew everything about the property and the area and had answers for every question. I walked away with a new place and a smile from dealing with a genuinely lovely human being!

Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
