25th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever. Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it! The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. While doing my Real estate course I came to realise they are not even registered und Brown & Brooks . A leaking fridge and my partner received the flat including a little grey pet. Tony Jenkins and young . Munchie are far from professionals! At least the neighbours where kind and understanding for the situation.

25th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent. The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley. Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted. When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.
17th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. It often seemed to be us doing all the proactive following up.

12th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
