3rd Feb 2025 (19 weeks ago)Really bad experience, Do Not Use! Poor communication from agency, they have not answered messages regarding issues with flat, repeatedly gave short notice to visits and even no notice entries to flat using there own keys even after complaints to them about this with no resolution. Now currently in dispute regarding deposit over months to which we have received no money back and no communication and now taking legal action. Have been emailing Stewart Oliver regularly to which the response is just ‘will pass this on’. Inventory on arrival was extremely wrong, we made amendments which the agency did not acknowledge. I advise Stewart Oliver check their records to see this repeated poor service and take all review on board

30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!
19th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Overall our experience with Martin and Co. was adequate. The market is obviously difficult at the moment so we decided to come off the market after 2 months. Martin and co. were quick to respond to emails but we didn’t provide a lot of feedback on viewings. They were no sale no fee so fine in terms of value for money.

They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
4th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.
