31st Jul 2023 (11 mo. ago)Dishonest Agent and auction is a scam This agent misrepresents its detail. The auction process is a scam. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Arden enough but especially Stephanie who we first met last Nov & despite loving the location, garden and view of the house we viewed with her we decided it wasn’t really big enough and didn’t proceed. We continued our search in a quiet market over Christmas and up to Easter and then Steph rang to ask if we were still looking as a bigger detached house was coming up in the same area we liked - there was a lot of interest but we were successful in our bid and 6 weeks later have completed and got the keys to our forever home. Thanks for everything Stephanie. You’re a real asset to Arden. Thanks to Hannah too. 5 star service all round ????????

Peter was responsive to all my questions and was proactive in getting the house sold, coordinating the solicitors to exchange and complete on the house.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.- 23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)I recently rented a beautiful house through Hunters Estate & Letting Agents in Stourbridge, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. I highly recommend renting a property through this agency, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Elisha. Thank you for helping me find my new home!

30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

Nothing was ever to much trouble, the communication, patience and professionalism was outstanding. Iv already recommended them to family and friends. 12th Mar 2019 (5 years ago)Had a valuation from Mr Pretty that was quite disappointing, instead of valuating our house he just suggested what he thought based on houses in the area, this can vary within half a mile, looked very uninterested and gave us no information compared to other agents. We actually sold our house for £27,000 more than Mr Pretty valuated and that was with it only being on the market for one week, just be aware if you do not live in Alvechurch not to waste your time.
