I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

Both Lauren and Harriet were professional, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They just got on with the job and delivered great results. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

From my very first enquiry right through to completion and even beyond, Rachel was my main point of contact and was nothing short of amazing — she was actually more helpful than our own agents. She was always friendly, professional, and her communication was absolutely impeccable, no matter the time or day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely helped make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
