The team was incredibly supportive in helping push our house exchange over the line, going above and beyond to coordinate across multiple parties and finalise the process smoothly. They were consistently responsive and clearly work well together – there’s a real sense of a cohesive, efficient team in the office. Our house was sold within 10 days, and their proactive approach really made a difference. I’d strongly recommend using the solicitors recommended by your agent – it makes it far easier to get updates and helps avoid unnecessary delays. Highly recommend Paul Carr Walmley for anyone looking for a professional and effective estate agent.

From helping us sell our home to finding our next dream home, letting us view properties before they even come to the market. They have been very proactive and have had great communication throughout, from the first valuation to the move in day. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

8th May 2024 (1 year ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.

She took enormous care over our sale, creating fantastic marketing and undertaking many viewings and negotiating the best possible price for our house. Her communication has been regular and thorough; from feedback on viewings right through to the end of the sale progression process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team for your house sale or purchase so if you're considering them, go for it!

Justin, Grace, and Elizabeth always go the extra mile; whether it's finding the right tenants, giving great advice, or sorting out all the checks quickly and smoothly.
