21st Mar 2025 (3 days ago)Fantastic service from the WW Team in selling my home. Dan came armed with in depth analytics on the area to back up his valuation. This made me feel secure in the valuation provided. Throughout the process Clare kept me informed with all the developments on both sides of the sale. This made my life so much easier, meaning i could get on with my day. I can only hope my next purchase is as easy as WW make selling. There's a reason why 4 homes in a row on my street were with WW. Don't be shy, give them a call, super professional and friendly bunch.
8th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)I’ve emailed in now twice on right move to view a house on lane side. And no one has had the decency to call or return an email. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used SUGDENS. they seem to return every call and email. I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them.

25th Sep 2024 (5 mo. ago)Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

Mathew and the team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of selling our house and securing my onward purchase. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. They were always available to answer any questions and kept me informed every step of the way which was appreciated. The service they provided was well worth the fee, and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you for everything!
8th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

29th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)12 appointments in 3 hours on viewing day resulting in 6 offers several above guide price for our Cottingley property. These guys know what they are doing! We were a little unsure about using JI Estates over the larger more established agent in the area but the results speak for themselves. We recommended them to a friend who got very similar results. Superb personal service from Steve and the team, glad we went with and glad to recommend JI Estates.

25th Jun 2018 (6 years ago)Locat Agency rented out our two-bedroom flat to a family (5-6 members) in 2015. The Agency recommended this family and they have been well known to the agency. During their residency in that flat, we lost our appliances and all the time we received phone calls from the neighbours regarding the unacceptable behaviour of the tenant. Locat defended them all along. When they moved out of the flat four months ago, they left it in a horrible condition. Broken entrance door window, no window handles, no appliances (dishwasher, washing machine which has been changed and bought a brand new one less than two years ago, fridge and freezer) and too much dirt everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and toilet, broken tiles bathroom panel are the examples of what they left behind. When they moved to the flat, it was in an excellent condition, then they put a nasty wallpaper and also made more than 40 holes on the walls. Generally, I should say I had to spend a fortune to make it reasonable again. All these changes happened out of our knowledge. Locate does not accept any responsibility here and the agency found another place to live for them. I think this agency is not reliable and honest with the customer and after this horrible experience, I never recommend it to other people.

3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I have lived in a property managed by homelets for many years and they have been very helpful. Most of my issues were dealt and fixed very quickly during my tenure with them. I have also lived in few other properties managed by different agencies in the past, but definitely my experience with homelets have been better than anyone else. I would definitely recommend homelets if you find a property managed by them!

28th Sep 2024 (25 weeks ago)Not on right move did not declare this at all when we discussed selling. They did not openly discuss this with us prior to us finding out as it wasn’t listed. Nice people but felt right move is the premium platform for people wanting to buy a house so would have maybe chosen differently if they had been open at time of first meeting.

10th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Only option offered after 30 days was to reduce price. No alternative sale approaches suggested. Viewings done by me rather than agent when was not expected.
