He literally had five weeks to find a house and move (having sold his) or become homeless. Kirsty made it happen in a very helpful, friendly and professional way. Ian Watkins had the right property, at the right price, in the right location. I recently decided I would move from Surrey to Worthing and obviously decided to get in touch with Kirsty. This time I needed to rent on a temporary basis, while I sold two properties and could then decide what I wanted to buy, where and a what price. Kirsty lived up to my high expectations and found me a very suitable place to live while I sort things out. Again she was very helpful, listened to what was required, all in a friendly ,yet, professional manner. Very highly recommended.

Through a very long and stressful sale process we could not have asked for a better person than David King, & his team, representing us. From the very beginning the service was exceptional; David especially rose to the challenge of every unexpected turn that took place with, professionalism, calmness, reassurance and going the extra mile as standard. Thank you, Dave & the team! If you choose this company, you're in safe hands, their experience, hard work and skill in securing your sale is exceptional! We honestly believe that only as a result of choosing David King at Robert Luff & Co Goring, that are we are now happily in our new home.

They really went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly — staying in touch with everyone involved and keeping me updated the whole way. Their commitment and professionalism made such a difference. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

15th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Stolen Deposit and Terrible Communication! I have been renting for 10 years now and my experience letting with Your Move Brighton has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. From the very start when they lied about areas that would be fixed before moving, to it taking months on end to get anything sorted in the flat. The windows were broken and single glazed, leading to freezing cold winters and all they would do is blame the landlord not approving to pay for works, always pushing the blame on someone else and never helping to find a resolution. Now dealing with getting the deposit back is also a nightmare, no transparency, ignored our dispute and trying to charge for damage that was either already there or fair wear and tear, they have refunded us £100 less than what was agreed and will not responded. Such a disappointment from such a well known brand, utterly unprofessional.

We dealt primarily with Jack McCarthy who was friendly and helpful and explained things thoroughly when there was any confusion. A few issues arose with our sale but Jack guided us through them efficiently and we got where we needed to go in the end. Recommended.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
