His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. 17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington
