9th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing for a property and the estate agent was unprepared. They were not sure of the property they were meant to be showcasing and picked up the wrong keys. They tried to go back to the office and get the correct keys and realised they are at another estate agents (who were closed). 15 minutes later the agent proceeds to blame his customers and joint agents for being unprepared for their own viewings. After I closed down further interest the agent attempts to argue down the phone - I hung up.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

From the start, he had such a positive, can-do attitude and never made anything feel like too much trouble. He was approachable, friendly, and just really easy to talk to, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Thanks to Jack, we got a really positive outcome, and that’s hugely appreciated. They’ve also gone above and beyond in helping members of my team secure accommodation. One staff member has already found a flat through them, and I’m currently working with them to help another. A special mention goes to Rebecca, the managing agent, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the process. Her support, responsiveness, and dedication have made everything so much easier.
