18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.<br><br>The Carter Family
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

Having viewed a lot of properties with a range of local agents, they are far and away the best of the bunch. From the valuation and listing, to viewings, it's always the same team, meaning they understand each and every detail of your property, which saves the 'I'll need to check that and come back to you' you encounter lots, and keeps it incredibly streamlined and efficient. They are clearly very considered in who to get through the door meaning we had a near 100% strike rate of viewings to offers, and sold our property in under 2 weeks from listing to offer accepted. When it came to buying, and a special mention to Niaombh who was the driving force throughout, she truly went above and beyond, pulling strings across a 10 house chain, calling agents, managing agents, solicitors and surveyors, to fast-track a bunch of outstanding enquiries and issues, and get us in the door of the new house 8 days before our new baby arrived. A genuine, trustworthy and super friendly group or people. I'm confident you will not find a better estate agent, whether selling or buying, in the area.

Accommodating at all times.<br>Returned phone calls and emails immediately - a rarity these days!<br>I could go on phrasing him. The bottom line is, he deserves a 5 star review.<br>Thanks Charlie!

From the first meeting when they came to see and value our home through to exchange it has been very smooth, positive and professional. Max was our key contact in the Worthing office and he kept us updated at every stage of the process. They make great promo videos too! Give them a call.
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Horrible experience with this company, and Beau one of their salespeople. Lied through their teeth about the apartment I was buying. Promised a fixed service charge, quick purchase, 10 year warranty and much more - none of this was true.<br><br>Mishons also conveniently omitted the fact that the building I viewed was bought out of bankruptcy, meaning next to none of the documentation required for the safe purchase of a flat was present.<br><br>After my solicitor received the shambolic attempt at answering her enquiries about the property, I called their manager, explaining all the lies I was told. All I got back was ‘perhaps Beau was given the wrong info.’ Completely remorseless. Needless to say, the sale did not go through.<br><br>I wasted thousands of pounds and months of my life dealing with Mishons. Avoid this company like the plague.<br><br>If you are thinking about purchasing a flat in Palmer House - don’t.

13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Cox & Co are an outstanding Estate Agents. I used them recently to sell my house and help me in the purchase of my new flat both in Hove. From the onset of my professional experience, everything was first rate. Marc came to value and market the house. He was armed with information and data to help price my property accurately in the current market where house prices had been returning to normal after the Covid spike. So took his advice and set the price. As he asked me for what difference between the buying and selling would be my target. Sarah then took over the viewings and they then sold my house and a price which after 3 lower offers we were prepared to accept. He vetted by buyers and ensured that I got the best buyer from the two bidding buyers. Marc, then helped me to get an outstanding solicitors and continued to help me negotiate, on our behalf the purchase of our lovely flat. He also got me to that difference in the net values which I had targeted. That was astonishing in the current market. A huge testament to his understanding of the local property market. After which all the day to day work was placed in the very capable hands of Josh, who fully supported, helped and guided us to a very stressful end of process. This was an outstanding team effort with no weak links. So I will without hesitation reccomended Cox & Co to anyone who wants to buy and sell property locally in the Brighton, Hove, Portslade and local area without hesitation. This is a class outfit. Can I finally add my huge thanks to the whole team, while confirming the consistent and universal 5 star reviews. That is very definitely earned. I can't thank you enough for seeing us through.

Our sale and purchase in Hove was straightforward, well-planned and Heb was always available and always brilliant to deal with. Responsive, intelligent, quick, knowledgeable, flexible and also a really nice chap! Our flat sale and purchase were mid-high-ish market, so they definitely had bigger commissions to chase than ours, but Heb made us feel like their only customer all the way, and that alone is worth gold when you're looking for an estate agent. The team on Blatchington Road are endlessly friendly, and they work so hard. I am thrilled to leave their 200th review on here, with five glowing stars.

I was very lucky to get an offer on my flat after the first viewing. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish and would highly recommend Coast and Country.
