Simon would always check in and make sure communication was smooth and professional. When we had the unfortunate issue with gazundering at the last minute, Simon was calm and level-headed and helped negotiate to ensure everything didn’t fall through. While I can’t imagine we will sell anytime soon, if we do in the future, it will be with Holroyds.

Sheena bush has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend !- 2nd Dec 2025 (10 weeks ago)Cannot speak highly enough of the Bebington office. They are an amazing team, especially Lesley and Sheena. A shout out too for Abby. We are in the process of selling through them and bought from them. Nothing is too much trouble but most importantly they are knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, not something that can be said of all estate agencies. Highly recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting.

8th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sold and Purchased using Town and Country. The whole team were professional and easy to deal with from the get go. Took some great photos and created a really good write up of the property we sold. They handled viewings really well and even price matched fees based on other quotes we had. With regards to the purchase the communication was very good - the team were great but particularly Carolyn who kept us informed and helped out massively during the later stages of the purchase. Reassuring and reliable which goes along way during such a stressful time! Would like to say a massive thank you for all their hard work!

30th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I've now finalised our new rental property. Aiden the agent in charge of my application was very superb & efficient in arranging to have me in soon as possible. He kept me updated of where my application was up too and expected moving in dates. Everything ran smoothly with my references and all paperwork was sent direct for me to sign all within less than a week! It really was a stress free experience and I cannot thank him enough for how smoothly everything has gone. Thank you ????
9th Feb 2026 (1 day ago)We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.
