Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was fantastic and is key when buying a house and she just made us feel at ease. None of this rubbish you can get with some agents. If Hayley wasn't available Simon stepped in but knew exactly what was going on. We would definitely use them again and I would have absolutely no issue in recommending them. Thanks again for an amazing service really appreciate it and for going above and beyond even past completion. ????????

The whole team seemed to work as one unit and were very professional in their approach. Most importantly we were kept informed of progress all the way. Special thanks to Jane for her initial steps in the process and advising us on many aspects, Shayna and Jackie on the sales side and to Charlotte in post sales. When we move next time we will have no hesitation in using Sandersons services again. Thank you
20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Block Management employees are extremely rude, insensitive and aggressive. I have spoken to Jodie on the phone who has no interpersonal skills and she is unable to maintain a respectful discussion. Given that one of her main duties working at Martin & Co is to handle calls, she has no communication skills and is not knowledgeable in the field. I do not recommend the company as they do not have adequate customer service training. Many thanks.

Despite our clear intentions and efforts, the process has gone absolutely nowhere. I’ve not only wasted my time but also incurred financial losses during this process." "We are profoundly disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the seller's situation, which was not disclosed to us from the outset." "It was not a pleasant experience working with Northwood Ashford and Mr. Gavin."

16th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)It took us almost 2 years to sell our somewhat unusual Grade 2 listed house in central Canterbury despite many viewings and a substantial drop in the price. We were not helped by the sudden increase in interest rates and a consequent falling housing market. Strutt & Parker, and Joe Charlton in particular, were supportive and assiduous in achieving a sale. They were always professional and communication was of the highest order with careful checks on prospective buyers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them if we ever have to move again.
