8th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)They don’t do as promised. I had my property on full management by them where they said they’d provide me an update of the property on a certain months interval. They never sent me any written nor photo/video updates as stated. I sent them numerous emails asking why the reports was not sent to me but there was no any counter reply to any of my emails. I then CCd the emails to the branch manager too! Still no reply to any of my emails. This is only one example of their deed. There are others too!!! I’d never ever recommend any of my fiends and families to give them a management of their property to Connells. Since I’ve spread these news some of my friends have already decided to leave them. One of my friend also stated the same problem with the Connells. To whoever is reading this, my advice to you is don’t pay to manage your property with them. You’ll regret it badly.

Martha has been extremely responsive and helpful in negotiating the steps necessary to go ahead with the rental. I would recommend them without hesitation.

2nd Jan 2025 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend Hunters highly enough. Their service centres completely around the client. You never feel rushed of pressurised and their communication is brilliant. If you are expecting a call or email you will get one within the time frame they gave. I have moved many times over the years and have never had service like this. I would like to thank Geoff and his team for all their time and help.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

6th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty and Pickard and right from our first viewing in the summer to completion in December they have provided outstanding customer service. They liaised closely with us throughout offering additional advice such as window companies, plumbers, plasterers that we after. They were very accessible, responsive, and super knowledgable about the house, its history, and the local area. During our initial viewings Paul made us feel very comfortable and offered lots of advice. Throughout the exchange and completion process when there were complications further down the chain, John took the bull by the horns and got everyone aligned to get the chain over the line. Without his direction and mediation, the chain would have probably collapsed. Rafferty and Pickard are a superior estate agent who deserve tremendous credit for the work that they do. Thank you both again for doing such an amazing job.
