23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Jordan at Key Estate Agents handled my purchase and she was absolutely amazing, especially as I was a first time buyer. She had so much patience and chased when I needed her to without complaint or delay. Without Jordan's effort I would not have completed before Christmas, she knew this was important to me and did everything in her power to make this happen. Jessica and Rob were also brilliant when Jordan was out of office. They really are a fantastic team. The little goodie box when I completed was such a lovely touch and shows that they really care. Thank you!!

Communication could have been slightly better following viewings even when feedback was not forthcoming or negative, but to know that at least then you weren’t left wondering . Since an offer has come through and now having a designated person to support the process from then on, communication has been excellent. The lady designated to support the process following the offer has been extremely helpful

10th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately Shortland Horne had my property on their books for 19 weeks and only managed to secure 2 viewings in that time frame One of those viewings was a buyer that could only offer £30k below the asking price due to mortgage restrictions I was advised to reduce the price by £10k but this still didn't yeld viewings or offers despite the property being completely renovated with no chain I was impressed with the pitch when choosing an estate agent and chose Shortland Horne over others but the reality of the selling process has not met expectations

13th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)I rented a flat through them in the Coventry city centre for nearly 3 years. I was very satisfied with their transparency and overall professionalism. I used to mostly liaise with Annette and Carla and both were very prompt in responding to queries and addressing issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and comfortable!

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Have just sold a rental property through Assured Residential - it wasn't entirely straightforward (buyer issues) and James was a big help in communicating with the buyer and the solicitor to move things forward as well as supporting the final completion in my absence. James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.I have had a long relationship with Assured who have assisted with renting my property on a let only basis and have been very happy with the professional service given.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

We had the first buyers dropping off right before exchange but they both persisted, helped put the house back on the market straight away and throughout the entire time Lois was an invaluable help, pushing solicitors to provide updates, arranging surveys, communicating frequently with us. We could not have asked for a more personal approach. Thank you from both of us, your support was really appreciated!

Gary, Kate and Kelly in particular are incredible assets to the company and made the sale of our property such a straightforward process, particularly in the face of some difficult buyer situations. Estate agents like Yeomans may cost you a bit more than these online firms but my goodness are they worth it for their local knowledge and personal service. Thank you team!
