9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Atkinson satilgoe have been amazing to us! We needed to move from 1 property to another pretty quick, and Ben made that happen. They are very efficient and quick to get us into the new property within 2 weeks all checks and paper work was done within a couple of weeks communication is great. They also gave us a moving in gift whitch is a very nice touch. I would highly recommend Atkinson stilgoe in balsall common.

Jag, Shaaista and the whole team at Tutis Estates have just been a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. Why they are still on Rightmove and nothing on description and on top not even asked what properties I wanted to enquire . Not even professional or polite about it .
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
3rd Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)So, Henry's Estate Agents – the real estate equivalent of procrastination. Their confirmation statements are as late as a teenager's curfew, and their accounts are MIA since March 2023. But fear not, they've dodged the strike-off bullet more times than a clumsy ninja. And with directors switching roles like actors in a soap opera, it's like Shakespeare meets "The Office". If you're into real estate adventures with a side of paperwork chaos, Henry's Estate Agents might just be your jam.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)
6th Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation
