They were brilliant from the first time we called into their office to enquire about their services right through to our last engagement on completion day. We had contact with the whole team throughout our sale and each member of the team were on their A game. To the team - Thank you to all the team for just being brilliant at what you do - not just being professional and very capable as estate agents but also for being lovely, genuine and kind people. We can’t thank you enough for the job you’ve done for us and all the support you’ve provided.
19th Mar 2025 (13 weeks ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

Signed instruction to market and within the hour the advert was online, and the sign was up! Great communication from the team so far! Looking forward to working with BW&W to sell my home.

Gerry is super helpful and knowledgeable with all things Lettings and she really does go the extra mile to help tenants and landlords alike. Harry and Ellie are superb additions to the Lettings team also and will help with all requirements. I would highly recommend Molly and Berri on the sales team. They will guide you through the sales process and making your home standout on Rightmove! along with the experience and expertise from Gary on the mortgage team. A great team and it was superb working alongside them all.
24th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!

2nd Jun 2025 (19 days ago)I called in AJ Reid to sell my property after I had been put through a 7 month failed sale "ordeal" (hell)with Get Moving in Whitchurch. When you pay cheap you pay twice! The team at AJ Reid handled my anxiety, found me the right buyer very quickly and moved it through to exchange quickly. 3/4months and I moved finally!. My advice get an agent that knows the market place and can find proceedable buyers. I lost thousands of pounds making a wrong choice in my first agent. Your agent is the most important person in your sale process, don't mess up that choice. AJ Reid understand the process and they work together as a team for your sale.

5th Jun 2025 (16 days ago)We attempted a shared ownership purchase where CW were the estate agents dealing with the sale side. Due to circumstances out of our control, the sale couldn't go ahead. However, the dealings we had with CW were top class. Tom kept communicating with us throughout the whole process. Recently, a shared ownership house has come back up and Tom made sure we were contacted to see if it was something we were interested in. The fact he had remembered us and thought of us just shows the care they take for their clients. We are currently going through the motions of a house purchase and top of our cons list was that CW weren't the agents dealing with the house we found. Would highly recommend them, they give a great service and a really personal feel. Thanks for everything you did with us, even if it didn't work out!
