1st Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)The agent harasses me! My neighbor used this agency to sell his property. According to him, the experience of selling his property through this agency has been a complete nightmare. Despite the promises made by the agency regarding a 28-day completion and a cash buyer, my neighbor has faced continuous delays. The seller said the highly recommended cash buyer persistently renegotiates the price even after three months, citing various excuses. Additionally, I have experienced harassment from Sam Ford, the agency's director. He warned me not to knock on my neighbor's door. Despite my reluctance to answer his calls, he persists in writing email warning me not to contact my neighbor and attempting to provoke my relationship with my neighbor. He had previously shared my number with his business partner without my permission, resulting in that person emailing me at midnight and making multiple late evening calls. I have reported Sam Ford to prevent further harassment. It is crucial for Mr. Ford to understand who him is and where he is. This is a free country, and attempting to restrict my freedom of movement through email is unacceptable. Secondly, if property owners or tenants feel uncomfortable, they should report such matters themselves. Mr. Ford has no contractual relationship with them at this time. Therefore, the motivation behind Sam harassing me remains unclear

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

I had struggled with this process since I had returned to the UK after being overseas for a long time and had to settle back 'into the system'. Many estate agents were unhelpful, not responsive and just generally not providing the assistance and support I hoped for. When I walked into Your Move Bexleyheath for the first time, I sat down and briefed the staff member about my circumstances, and she was quick to take my details and explain a little re the requirements and process. My appointed agent was Maya Jacobs. She was friendly, proactive, helpful and most of all listened. I managed to find the property I was looking for and the whole process was clear and smooth. Any concerns I had were addressed and I was not worried at all. The overall experience was easy and I am so grateful to Maya for all her help. Hats off to the Your Move team in Bexleyheath, by far the best service I have received out of the many many bad experiences I have had, and at the same time they managed to find the place that was exactly looking for.
18th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent during my property transaction. Despite my offer being accepted, critical issues arose, including the discovery of an illegal extension with an asbestos roof, which made the property ineligible for a mortgage. This led to financial losses exceeding £1100 for various non-refundable expenses such as ID verification arranged by the estate agent, solicitor fees, and surveyor costs. Additionally, the unprofessional conduct of the director, Jake, who abruptly ended communication during important discussions, added to my frustration. 27th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently sold my apartment and bought a house through Livermores estate agent in Crayford . Lisa Harris dealt with the sale and purchase. The whole process was smooth and kept up to date with progress . Lisa Harris has an extensive experience on the property sales and rental properties. I highly recommend them and would definitely will use them again in the future.

Bought our home through them and they also helped with putting our previous home for sale. They are my go to agents. What I like the most is that they don't force decision on you and provide you with sufficient market data to make the right decision. Thank you Peter, Carina and Sam.

9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. 5th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Worst estate agent I have dealt with. Extremely poor communication. They need to take a lesson on listening instead of speaking over someone. If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.

They do rush jobs and the problems just keep reoccurring. They are currently not responding to my emails and are unapologetic. On top of this is our rent has even gone up.- 3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I bought my first home through Langford Russell. Nathan Robinson was very helpful throughout the journey. He was always available to give us access to the property during the sale as we required multiple contractors to give us a quote for refurbishment as soon as we get the keys. On one occassion Nathan came down on Sunday (non working day for him). Seller side solicitors were not very prompt and that became a big problem because we had to complete within certain time due to various factors. Nathan was continously working to resolve all outstanding queries. So overall we are very happy with his services and would recommend.
