Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

From start to finish, her professionalism and knowledge of the industry is fantastic. She gives me the confidence that the whole process is compliant with all the constant regulation changes. One of the standout qualities of Emma is her excellent communication through the whole process, I always know what’s going on and she keeps me informed every step of the way. Bagshaws tenant vetting process is thorough and effective, ensuring that only reliable and responsible individuals occupy my property. I would highly recommend Emma to any landlord looking for a reliable, efficient, good value for money and personable letting agent. They make the entire letting process stress-free and smooth, allowing me to focus on other matters while knowing my property is well taken care of. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
12th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.

All of the staff at Frank Innes were so helpful and supportive whilst I made my decision. Amelia in particular (who came to two of the viewings) was so helpful and gave me lots of information about the property and its history. I would highly recommend the team at Frank Innes
12th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that. Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

For a first time buyer with no idea about mortgages Craig was excellent and went beyond what we expected. When our mortgage offers fell through (Twice!!) he was instantly on trying to find us better deals despite the issues being pretty complicated. In the end he took almost £600 off our mortgage payments. Megan and the team are great for managing the sale and regularly checking in with us. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone going through their first house purchase

John and the owner, Joanne who was our ‘go to’ and the rest of the team were lovely, sympathetic and proactive in helping us with the sale of our property. It was definitely a long winded sale but with the help of Jo it definitely helped take some of the stress and anxiety away. She went above and beyond for us and kept trying to see what the hold ups were down the chain (we were at the top) to help us find out what was going I . A lovely estate agents that try their very best! Thank you team Fidler Sarah and Stuart Yates

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

8th Apr 2025 (9 days ago)From coming to look at the property until the day of the removal the staff at Bricks & Mortar were SO helpful & very efficient. The photographs taken of our home were excellent as was the description. Whenever I phoned with a question Susan or Phoebe were quick to answer or to get back to me as soon as possible. Carl runs a very professional estate agents & has surrounded himself with excellent staff, from the photographer to the office staff & makes a very stressful process as stress free as is possible. Fees are very competitive too & when I moved, Bricks & Mortar was offering a flat fee paid upfront which was very reasonable. Many thanks for everything.
