I have been left with no choice but to lodge a legal complaint for 1.non payment of rent despite tenants paying rent on time for more than 3 months 2. refusal to acknowledge and address the issues for months 3. refusing to transfer tenant deposit despite termination of contract 4. Nick Parker, head of the agency does not repsond to any of concerns, emails or phone calls.
29th Nov 2024 (15 days ago)The valuation visit was straightforward, no corporate style sales pitch, just honest succinct advice and information. Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

When the agency initially connected us, I was skeptical—thinking all brokers were the same—but Jasmine quickly proved me wrong. She went above and beyond, securing a mortgage offer that exceeded my expectations. Her dedication, responsiveness, and clear explanations made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful. I was so happy with the service that I recommended Jasmine to my family. Highly recommend working with her!

28th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

Particular mention for Liam, who was my constant link between all parties. Liam was a constant source of knowledge and unbelievably helpful, friendly and approachable. I would recommend Your Move Ilkeston to anyone.

Toby and the team take care of everything for my rental properties with great communication and proactive management from finding tenants to handling maintenance issues. They're responsive, professional, and make my job as a landlord so much easier. Highly recommended!

We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. My Tenancy Manager (Hannah) is always quick to resolve my issues. I’m super glad I rented my apartment from them. I highly recommend Tritsam without any doubt.

I have always found this small independent agent friendly, efficient and professional. They have a relatively new recruit Donna who has been dealing with my latest house sale. She is very efficient and prompt.

9th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Excellent Service from Olivia and Diane (Long Eaton & Beeston), Olivia was great from the beginning in offering a prompt date to view the property and in responding back when making an offer and facilitated a quick negotiation service to agree a price between myself and seller, and then in allowing me to view the property after the current tenants had moved out. Diane was brilliant in keeping me updated on the solicitor's progress and liaising between mine and the sellers' solicitors.
5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
