15th Aug 2024 (22 weeks ago)We were first time buyers and purchased our first home with William H Brown. Our main point of contact was Lily who was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! You are a welcoming and friendly team and we appreciate the support you provided :)

We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

From the very start, they were incredibly honest and transparent about every detail, which gave me confidence throughout the entire process. They consistently offered genuine advice and were always available to answer my questions or concerns. Their support went above and beyond, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed at every step. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive estate agent!

9th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Had arranged viewing today, one week in advance. Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you
18th Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
15th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)AMAZING!!! Finally, I have moved into my new home and so much credit deserves to go to Ricky and Lesley. You might think houses sell themselves, purchases go through in their own time and estate agents are almost bystanders in the process. My recent purchase was far from straight forward. It's a lengthy story and involves all the usual twists and turns from buyers pulling out, solicitor excuses, no shows, pressure from others in the chain etc. It isn't really necessary for me to post the full details here. I just wanted to take a minute to say that without the tenacious and hard working approach shown by this estate agents I'm not even sure if my sale and purchase would have gone through. Lesley was on it from the start, constantly hounding and chasing the necessary people often before I could even suggest or ask her to do so. She was on it! Ricky was more than happy to go above and beyond from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Even when it looked like we had hit a brick wall he kept things going in the right direction. I would without hesitation recommended the team at BenwellDaykin to anyone. Thank you ???? Ben- This agent doesn't have any reviews

20th Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)We started this process by dipping our toes in to see what was about, we viewed our now forever home with Nicole without even having our old house up for sale yet! She knew straight away how much we loved the house and gave us all the advice and steps to take to get our hands on it. She made recommendations that lead to the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one in a matter of weeks! Nicole’s not just your average agent, shes with you every step of the way, we could contact her night or day and she would respond, she helped with chasing solicitors and was in communication with everyone involved in our sale as well as our purchase. Honestly we couldn’t recommend Nicole enough for a seamless experience in such stressful times! Thank you for everything Nicole, you’ve been amazing.
