14th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)We have just moved into our new home with the most wonderful help from Savills in Wimborne. Jamie showed us around the property on two occasions, and his knowledge of the property and its surroundings was first class. Following the offer being accepted, Sarah called or emailed me at least once a week to let me know how things were progressing. Even with the more stressful situations during the process, Sarah had a really great approach, always put our minds at ease. A fantastic Team of Professionals, we will definitely be using them next time.

Even whilst I have been out of the country I felt I could completely rely on their assistance, honesty and with total confidence to put me their client first. Yes they are expensive but I feel their advice and consideration was at all time to my benefit.

I’ve experienced a real professional service where nothing is too much trouble to explain so that I have complete understanding. All the problems I thought I might have encountered have been removed by them. An excellent service & in particular, a special mention for Jen Wheatley & her team for supporting me throughout. Flow was outstanding throughout the rental process — professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. She made everything feel effortless, guiding us with clarity and care from start to finish. Her calm and confident approach gave us real peace of mind. Sian, on the other hand, was a true star when it came to all the little maintenance bits. She went above and beyond, always prompt, always thorough, and incredibly responsive. You’d send an email and her reply would land before you could blink — spotless service, every time. Together, they made our move smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to both for their dedication and warmth. Sarah was super responsive, proactive to ensure everything was progressing with our sale on time (something we have definitely not experienced with other agents) and had a clear depth of knowledge of the property we were buying, the local area and the neighbours. She was so impressive. If we ever decide to sell and Sarah is still in the business, she’ll be the first person we ask to help us! I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you to Sarah and Tailor Made!

Steve Allen was very supportive during this time and leased with the purchasers solicitor to iron out issues or concerns. There was excellent communication throughout the process keeping me informed about out how the sale was progressing. The office staff were also very helpful whenever they were contacted.
