24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I lived far away and they allowed me to take on my home via video viewing. Which was great. All my paperwork and checks were done smoothly and they were very helpful. Still rent from these guys and never have any issues.

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 10th May 2021 (3 years ago)Communication to the seller on day of moving was very poor. Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.
13th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
