In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. They went to a lot of effort in their viewings and were very courteous, friendly and professional. We went through a difficult time as we had to replace our septic tank with a sewage plant and Colwills were so supportive which we very much appreciated. We were so pleased to sell our house. We cannot recommend them enough.

1st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted. Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response. They were well organised and enthusiastic team.

7th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. He has constantly been chasing solicitors on both sides. He is a wonderful calm negotiator, during stressful times. From the beginning of first viewing , up until exchanging today , he has been the upmost professional & nothing gas been to much trouble for him . Very rare in this buisness , to find someone with such consideration & empathy. Thankyou . Well done jackson-stops for employing such a great chap.

3rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Michael Adey and all the Staff were exceptional when we had a question/query - always replied or rang back very quickly- they liaised between us (sellers), the buyers and both sets of Solicitors seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were always treated with respect, no matter our queries. Michael himself never forgot who we were and the property we were selling when we bumped into him outside of his office. We were kept up to date at every stage. Everyone in the office was a delight to deal with. Thank you to all the staff.
