13th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)A five-star service from Clyde West End on selling our property in Yorkhill/Finnieston, delivered by the fantastic Jack and Rachel. Truly a seamless journey and cannot recommend the team enough, especially given how daunting the process can seem. I'd previously sold through another estate agent and the difference was night and day. From the initial conversation, to the responsiveness, the marketing, the portal and everything in between — it was exceptional with Clyde!
25th Jun 2025 (16 days ago)The Savills Glasgow Team were great to work with. Highly professional and lovely people. We hadn't planned to sell our home, but when we suddenly decided to, we wanted to move quickly and the Savills Team did just that. We were given an indication of the price range and how to market our home. We had a number in mind that was within that range. Our house went on the market on Friday and we accepted an offer on Monday that hit our target. No messing around The team also dealt with a few challenges on the way as always happens in property transactions and this was really appreciated and all part of the fantastic service. Many thanks to Peter, Vivienne, Erin and Ashley. Highly recommended!
25th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

23rd Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? 4th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)We rented through Burgh Property and the experience was great from start to finish. John, our property, manager got back to us promptly if we needed anything. Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.

24th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Every step of the process was explained every step of the way. All conversations and phone calls were followed up with an email confirmation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex & Lyndsey to anyone wishing to sell or buy their home. They were amazing.

26th Jun 2025 (15 days ago)Just a brief review to commend Cameron McNeill at Property Bureau Bearsden for his going beyond the call of duty in his efforts to sort out my local landlord registration and to ensure that all the required landlord documentation was updated. In addition he has arranged for a replacement front boundary wall to be built. All of this was done using Whatsap since Skype has been ended. Such dedication is a rare quality in an agent. But then the Property Bureau has always been well staffed by capable and polite people.
