Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

20th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed a solicitor to submit an offer on a property through this agency, and it was verbally accepted. However, shortly afterwards, I was informed that we would need to wait three months before concluding the missives because a tenant was still living in the property. This was never disclosed in the advertisement, which I found misleading. As we could not wait that long, we suggested proceeding as normal. We made it clear that if the conveyancing process was completed within the three-month period, we were willing to wait for the tenant to move out, provided that we would become the new landlords and receive the rental income during the remaining notice period. However, the agent stated that we would not be entitled to any rental income during this time. This was both unexpected and unreasonable. As a result, we decided not to proceed and instead chose to rent another flat. Unfortunately, we then encountered another issue with a staff member named Jamie from Countrywide. Our experience with him was also very disappointing. His communication came across as rude and unprofessional. We politely asked whether a viewing could be arranged on a specific day, explaining that we live far from Glasgow, yet his response was abrupt and dismissive, simply stating, “we don’t have access on that date!” without any courtesy or attempt to accommodate. The tone, particularly the use of an exclamation mark, made the response feel even more discourteous and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this agency.

I also called twice and was told to wait for an email, but after two weeks, I still haven’t heard anything. I’m not sure if this is related to my Chinese name, but I can’t think of any other reason for being ignored.

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you, Gil and the entire team at Savills, for helping us find and settle into a place we now proudly call home. We’re so grateful

10th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

18th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I first approached Barry about selling our West End flat in the summer of 2024. Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

He listened, gave recommendations, discussed the sale and was very knowledgeable regarding the current market. I was kept informed of feedback and ultimately achieved the outcome I was after with the sale of the property. Thank you to all the team in Scottish Property Centre, Shawlands.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

From the outset, Fraser at Kelly Residential demonstrated why he is among the very best in his field. We chose Kelly Residential over other estate agents because their marketing approach was truly first-class and the pride they take as a family run business made our sale feel like their own personal investment. What impressed us most was Frasers personable manner, the genuine care he showed throughout and his extensive knowledge of the local property market. He was available 7 days a week to answer any questions and providing clear communication and regular updates at every stage. The service was exceptional and he could not have done more to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. If it were possible to award more than 5 starts, Kelly residential would undoubtedly merit it and I would wholeheartedly recommend them as the leading choice for anyone looking to sell their property.
