A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!
31st Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Can’t speak highly enough of AK and his team, we had a few set backs further down the chain when moving but AK jumped on it and sorted things out every time. Always at the end of the phone for advice, even when he shouldn’t have been. Excellent from start to finish, will be my go to man if I’m ever moving again. Thank you !! Andrew Fraser
24th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)EDIT - To comment on the below reply, I did not even bother applying, even after liking the look of the flat, knowing that this would be the estate agent we would have to deal with and Stephen's rudeness, just read other reviews on this exact same problem you will likely encounter... I recently attended a property viewing arranged by this letting agency, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The representative, Stephen, was incredibly rude to everyone in attendance. He showed no respect to all 10-20 potential tenants and acted as if he didn’t want to be there at all. I’ve never seen anything like it at a viewing - basic questions were met with dismissive answers, and the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable, even overhearing everyone else say how awful Stephen was instead of liking/disliking the flat. A viewing should be an opportunity to get a proper feel for the property, but Stephen’s attitude made that impossible. I strongly recommend arranging your rental viewings through any other letting agency. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and tenants deserve to be treated with professionalism and courtesy.
10th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)From start to finish Slater Hogg West End made things really easy for us. Special shout to to Aidan! We initially contacted him in 2022 to sell our house but had to postpone due to planning our wedding. I contacted Aidan again in 2024 and he remembered me immediately. He predicted when our house would sell and was spot on! This guy knows his job! Also special shout to Mitra who handled our sale and kept me informed throughout, and gave me great advice. I would definitely recommend Slater Hogg! Thanks guys!!

Having encounterrd several challenges as a landlord in the past couple of years I have found them to be efficient and fair to both tenant and landlord. A big 'thank'you'

3rd Mar 2025 (25 days ago)Throughout the process, communication and advice was delivered in a prompt and friendly manner. Especially welcome, was a link to a trusted and economically competitive company which was quickly able to resolve an issue highlighted on the home report. The images taken for marketing were excellent and the description of the site and its attractions based on local knowledge undoubtedly enhanced interest.
13th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.

24th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

I don't have the wrong company, we went to your Bearsden office to pick up the keys so we have the right listing that we are reviewing here. The fact that you say that you don't have my name on your records also shows the type of business you are running. Attached is a screenshot of the latest payment receipt via email from 'you'. Coming to the review - we intimated you of a mould issue in our residence months ago. Attached are some photos as evidence of what we are experiencing out of no fault of our own. Your contractors came once, did some exterior work that we weren't updated on and just left us in a limbo. Now we are living in one of your properties with growing mould and a serious health concern. We are calling you everyday for an update and still nothing concrete has been done. I absolutely stick to the 1 star review.
