Charlie who dealt with us from the start was great and kept us up to date with any information that needed to be passed on. Obviously they are a bit more expensive than other agents, however you get what you pay for. Thanks again
2nd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I really cannot express what a stress free, easy experience renting a property was. Moving country is never simple but Skye honestly made this such a seamless process. Skye was always on hand for any questions, quick communication and always kept us right. Really couldn't recommend these guys enough!

27th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!

3rd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.
12th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I’ve been with Northwood for a year and a half now and i’ve had numerous issues with pipes / leaks in my flat. They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Best letting agents i’ve been with in glasgow, absolutely 10/10

The viewing schedule was a smooth process and after 6 days we accepted an offer on our property. Stuart’s advice was invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Walker Wylie and in fact I have already done so.
5th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Wow what can I say other than Louise Gordon at 24/7 has been amazing in making sure we found the right tenant for our property in Sandyhills. Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. She is pleasant highly professional and a delight to deal with, she makes you feel that we were the only person she had to deal with. Would I recommend her? 100% she is an asset to 24/7. Thank you Louise ????

21st Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the quality of the service provided by Pacitti Jones, Shawlands. Their surveyor who met us at the property was very professional, gave us excellent advice about works to enhance the presentation of the property. The sales brochure/ website was well presented and the admin staff were all very friendly and kept us well informed.
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

17th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
