A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!
24th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)EDIT - To comment on the below reply, I did not even bother applying, even after liking the look of the flat, knowing that this would be the estate agent we would have to deal with and Stephen's rudeness, just read other reviews on this exact same problem you will likely encounter... I recently attended a property viewing arranged by this letting agency, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The representative, Stephen, was incredibly rude to everyone in attendance. He showed no respect to all 10-20 potential tenants and acted as if he didn’t want to be there at all. I’ve never seen anything like it at a viewing - basic questions were met with dismissive answers, and the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable, even overhearing everyone else say how awful Stephen was instead of liking/disliking the flat. A viewing should be an opportunity to get a proper feel for the property, but Stephen’s attitude made that impossible. I strongly recommend arranging your rental viewings through any other letting agency. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and tenants deserve to be treated with professionalism and courtesy.

The whole team at the shawlands branch were great, in particular Gary who was extremely helpful throughout and always on hand when needed. He was quick to respond and assist through times of uncertainty and made a stressful process a lot easier - answering any questions I had and taking steps to overcome challenges when they arose. Thanks for all your help!

1st Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)Simply put it's like dealing with a child, they're happy to spam you with junk emails and personal emails several times a day, but rarely respond to actual contacts about the sale of a property or ever answer a question. I'd suggest using someone else entirely unless you want to spend a month getting a question answered and have your inbox filled with utter junk on a daily basis. Avoid! (Happy to provide email proof for this too, every correspondence saved, including the many for each basic question to be ignored and never answered)
3rd Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend Cairn Agency. Having had over a decade of erratic and poor management these people do provide an individually tailored service. Having encounterrd several challenges as a landlord in the past couple of years I have found them to be efficient and fair to both tenant and landlord. A big 'thank'you'

25th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.
24th Mar 2025 (4 days ago)I was pleased with the service provided by PJ when selling my late mother's house in Cambuslang. The whole process is daunting to say least and very emotional especially when you're also processing the death of a loved one. Pacitti Jones were empatheti, sympathetic and guided me through the stages with great ease. There communication from start to finish was flawless. Even though we were caught in a chain they kept me in the loop continuously. Thank you Pacitti Jones for your superb service and support.
27th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!

23rd Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? Especially welcome, was a link to a trusted and economically competitive company which was quickly able to resolve an issue highlighted on the home report. The images taken for marketing were excellent and the description of the site and its attractions based on local knowledge undoubtedly enhanced interest.

13th Mar 2025 (15 days ago)Used Fraser Kelly to sell our family home. The service from Fraser is second to none. He is there 24/7 for any questions, he gave his honest opinion for anything we asked. The feeling we got when first met Fraser was genuine honest and looking out for you. There was no pushy sales pitch or hidden agenda like I have heard about other estate agents. He genuinely cared and you just felt he would do the best for you selling the house. He has a lovely welcoming manner and knew he would sell the house to its best. The pictures and video footage (including drone footage) were superb. Friends and family commented on how amazing the house looked. We were kept fully informed of every stage, he done all viewings weekdays and weekends. The house was sold in 9 days from going live to a closing date with a fantastic amount of interest and ultimately an incredible amount of offers to choose from which we were delighted with. I can’t thank Fraser and his team enough for all they done and wouldn’t use anyone else. Top class estate agent but more importantly a lovely genuine person.
