They were extremely professional and got the best price for our property. Every step was explained and when I had any queries, they were able to help efficiently. Special thanks to Finlay, Ellenor, Mark, Lauren, Vijay and Morven who have made the whole experience smooth and pleasant to me. I'd highly recommend this establishment without hesitation.

25th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.
24th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)I was pleased with the service provided by PJ when selling my late mother's house in Cambuslang. The whole process is daunting to say least and very emotional especially when you're also processing the death of a loved one. Pacitti Jones were empatheti, sympathetic and guided me through the stages with great ease. There communication from start to finish was flawless. Even though we were caught in a chain they kept me in the loop continuously. Thank you Pacitti Jones for your superb service and support.
27th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!
3rd Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

I appreciated her and her colleague Ally working around my work schedule and being flexible with any changes to timings on my end. 13th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.- 9th Apr 2025 (9 weeks ago)Pacitti Jones were 1st class agents. Laura kept me up to date with every aspect of the sale. She was very helpful with anything I enquired about from picking keys up from letting agents to utility readings and much more. This was especially useful as I lived in Portsmouth. They basically had total control of the sale and did it outstandingly. Many thanks!!
