Dee was calm and reassuring -she has a hugely empathetic manner which felt like she truly cared . Both Nick and Dee always returned our calls very promptly with the follow up that they promised. I would wholeheartedly recommend their personal service.

They gave us advice all the way through, suggesting different selling strategies to try and boost viewings and offering wise counsel when offers were received. All the time they were friendly, approachable and encouraging and handled the viewings on our behalf perfectly. Their communication with us could not have been better. Initially we used two agents (a supported move feature of a new housebuilder). We had no viewings at all through the other agent, yet, at the same time, The Property Centre were able to find us interested people. Need I say more!
11th Mar 2025 (14 days ago)No real action from the annual inspections that helped us as tenants, we had a blocked toilet on the ground floor from day 1 until we moved out. Furthermore, the tree by the garage was not actioned and resulted in me losing some of the deposit for the green bin being full. • The prices set on leaving the property for the work to be carried out was ridiculously overpriced. • Having to fight to get the shower in the en-suite fixed and then having to pay 50% left a bad taste for me and the shower fitted was poor quality for the price. Overall, I would say Farr and Farr are not really looking at the tenants best interests which is reflected in the exit costs and hence my opinion and review.

Matt has definitely 'held our hand' through the whole process and successfully communicated with our selling estate agents, the developer we were buying from and ourselves. Matt & the team dealt with every query that came up & took a proactive approach to progressing the sales through.

Their dedication, professionalism and constant commination saved our purchase from falling through. There commitment to making it work was nothing short of incredible and I always felt reassured even when times got daunting, I am beyond grateful for all their hard work! If you are looking to buy a property and want an outstanding team behind you, David James - And especially Christina & Sally are the ones you want to trust!

Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.

He goes the extra mile, even picking up keys from my mother's house on one occasion. And is never too busy to answer the phone and do what needs to be done. Can't fault his service.
