I initially managed the cottage as lived next door, but when we moved, I found the whole process much more difficult. She speaks to you in easy to understand English breaking down all the legal mumbo jumbo. Even if she transferred to a branch the other side of the country I’d still contact her for her advise and knowledge!

We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. Everyone we dealt with were very welcoming, and they still are happy to help with anything else going forward. Informative and swift communication in a professional manner throughout kept all parties up to date, and ensured our purchase remained on track despite all the bumps and diversions we were experiencing further down the 'track'. Huge thanks in particular to Callum Jones who is a real asset to the team. I'm not sure we would be in our wonderful house now if it wasn't for him.
