22nd May 2025 (24 days ago)The entire Lettings Teams were exceptional from start to finish through our new home process. They were quick in response via email and call, all of them so lovely & helpful and made the process as easy as possible. Fern was the main letting agent who handled are move and she was brilliant throughout and kept us updated with the full process. Incredible team and highly recommend.

8th Sep 2024 (9 mo. ago)Would love to give them a 5 star. They do work hard in chasing up information. Yet Towards the end, we found Leanne rude & hostile. Very sad. All our removal men were shocked. They heard everything…as I had my phone on loud speaker. Our lovely buyer came to the house to reassure me. She mentioned some of the comments she made to her. Moving day is not the time to let your professional approach slip so badly. Wish I had paid them after not before. It’s not always what you say but how you say it…that causes offence.

22nd May 2025 (24 days ago)We bought our house through Limb and they were fabulous. Bryony was great at keeping us up-to-date on progress and collecting the keys was very easy. We completed yesterday and today there was someone here to collect the agency signs. They really looked after us on moving day and they were friendly and helpful throughout.

24th May 2022 (3 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan
29th May 2025 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, I have to write this review. We've never had issues with any letting agents or landlord since we started renting not until we came across Neil Kaye, initially they were very nice not until the end of our tenancy that they synergized with the landlord to take above 80% of our deposit and wanted to give us less than 20%, claiming damages that are not to be, to the extent of saying we left a big hole in one of the bedroom, which wasn't true. We tried to call them so resolve it amicable but they said we should dispute it through DPS. Fortunately for us, after much investigations by DPS, we were able to get about 78% of our deposit back, they just gave them money for cleaning which is normal on every house move. So I won't recommend unless you are ready to let go your deposit or dispute it via DPS.
3rd Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)Well what can i say other than "Brilliant customer service & immensely helpful team they made me feel totally at ease selling our home & buying our forever bungalow. I originally got 3 valuations & by far picked the best estate agents in Graig & Lee. I was nervous on the viewing day but Lee was absolutely amazing from start to finish & was pleasure to have him in my home for the 2 days it took to sell my property. Thousand per cent would highly recommend Lovelle in Cottingham, go with these guy's & you'll be just fine. Kayleigh did my valuation & she's lovely lady professional yet very very easy to chat to & Pearl cant help you enough when you don't understand certain things. Even when we had an electrical problem on our move in, they were quick to get that sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend the business to my friends & family. Thank you for everything!
3rd Jun 2025 (12 days ago)We had put in an offer on a house in November2024 the offer had been accepted then 4 days later after we returned home early from a wedding to sort out the mortgage etc the home owner who turned out to be the director/owner of wigwam homes withdrew the acceptance because he had received a cash offer. Did not care about the money we had already paid out for mortgage brokers or surveys which we had to then spend hours trying to get back to add insult to injury he did not even have the minerals to call us himself he got one of his minions to do it. Feel sorry for the people who work under this person doing his dirty work as I'm sure they do the best job they can whilst working for this money grabbing tyrant. If you choose this company remember the money is all that matters not morals principles or customer service. would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this company to buy or sell a home to run a mile.

Thank you to all the staff at Rezee for all their support, communication and understanding impeccable service from start to finish.

While we would have liked to arrange a second viewing to look everything over again ourselves, in the end, everything worked out as it should, and Kyle resolved many of our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. He was also helpful with a few questions about the house's operation afterwards. I also appreciate the ladies in the office who allowed me to wait there for a while on the key collection day and offered me a cup of tea.
