Viewing was arranged the next day and had an offer accepted before close of play on that day. Amber was kind and compassionate from start to finish a true asset to the business

27th Feb 2025 (16 days ago)I was lucky to have landed with the best agent Katie at MRC who helped massively throughout the whole process. From the very beginning Katie was very professional, kind and friendly I felt very comfortable and was able to ask all questions I had big or small. The whole process was very straightforward She was amazing! Would 100% recommend. Plus we got a nice little move in box with some treats which was just the icing to the cake after the amazing service she provided. Thank you!

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area
8th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Would love to give them a 5 star. They do work hard in chasing up information. Yet Towards the end, we found Leanne rude & hostile. Very sad. All our removal men were shocked. They heard everything…as I had my phone on loud speaker. Our lovely buyer came to the house to reassure me. She mentioned some of the comments she made to her. Moving day is not the time to let your professional approach slip so badly. Wish I had paid them after not before. It’s not always what you say but how you say it…that causes offence.

14th Nov 2024 (17 weeks ago)The process was long and I had to keep asking what was happening During the viewing, we received no feedback until I called them. No communication in between and no work done to try and sell the property. The photos of the house were poor .

The advice , knowledge, experience and regular weekly updates of Sue and the team at Leonard’s Holderness Road office allowed us a quick, uncomplicated and smooth sale of our parents home in Beverley. I would certainly never use anyone else, and , I would highly recommended to anyone else looking at selling their property in the surrounding areas. Once again Thankyou.
24th May 2022 (2 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

Cheryl and Jamie kept excellent communication and were proactive and supportive to both my tenant and myself throughout this process, therefore making it easy for all involved.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We received an offer within a few weeks which we accepted. From then it was 6 weeks and 2 days to completion and I handed over the keys to the new owner. Thankyou Rezee.

He took care of the viewings for us, gave us good advice and marketed our property extremely well- so much so that it sold within a month. The admin support at Riverside were equally helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Riverside.
