8th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)I’ve emailed in now twice on right move to view a house on lane side. And no one has had the decency to call or return an email. This is not a great service for the people choosing to try sell with them. you should have used SUGDENS. they seem to return every call and email. I hope you change estate agents and I’ll try again with them.

31st Dec 2024 (12 weeks ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.- 18th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)Great service from Antonia. The efficiency helped the move go very quickly and smooth. From the initial appraisal, I appreciated their candid approach. They produced fantastic marketing material which really helped to set the property apart from the competition. Jonathan provided invaluable advice when it came to assessing offers, helping me to arrive at one that was proceedable . They successfully managed sales progression of a time pressured chain, ensuring a successful outcome for all stakeholders, I could not recommend their services more highly and would not hesitate to use their services in future.

Matt and his colleagues at Dawson Estate Agents have kept us informed throughout the whole process which was very much appreciated as we had not sold or bought a house for over 30 years. Sam was quick to answer any queries and promptly rectified any issues we had during our tenancy. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam as a lettings agent.

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!- 1st Mar 2025 (21 days ago)Just sold and purchased a property with Peter David. They sold our property within three weeks after being with a competitor four months so firstly I think speaks volumes in itself! 17th Mar 2025 (5 days ago)I used Home and Manor to sell our home. I found the initial contact to be slightly hap hazard but once we had secured a sale, Laura was assigned as our case worker and she was truly excellent at her job. We were in quite a long chain and communication between solicitors became increasingly difficult, leading to delays. After a period of silence between solicitors, Laura was the agent who managed to sort out problems throughout the chain and communicate them to all parties. If it wasn't for her, the chain would have collapsed and we would have lost the sale. On top of getting the job done, Laura was very patient with me, explaining the different stages of the sale, advising on the best course of action and had a very personable demeanor. She kept me sane! Thank you Laura!
