There was no hard sell. I mostly liaised with Mark once marketing went live; he was excellent. I felt supported throughout the long negotiation and buying/selling chain time frame. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

They went above and beyond to get the viewers in to look at the property and tried their best to advertise the house in the best way possible. On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Claire and Hannah are absolutely fantastic. It took me a year to sell my apartment due to the long conveyancing process of selling leasehold apartments and a first buyer pulled out very close to the end of the process. But Claire and the team found two buyers in very quick succession and had the property taken off the market. They are very quick and attentive to the admin requirements when dealing with a property sale and also good at keeping you in the loop with chasing solicitors through the sale process. I have deal with a few estate agents over the last year but Claire and her team are by far the best.

Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.

21st Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
