A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)From the first conversation, Claire was friendly, empathetic and completely solution orientated, and her communication was spot on throughout. Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
