I am well happy, I have chosen Bairstow eve Estate agent out of many on high street. Thanks a lot the whole Team of Barkingside Branch.

5th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Lied about sending my deposit back and then tried to keep it. I had to file a complaint with dps to get it back. I’d describe them as clowns and discourage people from getting involved with them.

They were patient and dilgent and we really appreciated the communication throughout. Having a WhatsApp group was such a simple way to keep everyone in the loop and ensure speedy responses on both sides. We felt like the advice we got was sound throughout, and in the end we had a successful sale within quite a tight timeframe. Would definitely recommend!

We have to chase or ask them every time and after asking again and again Mr Moiz said property has gone.That’s really unprofessional.

They found a buyer at the price I expected and once it moved over to Rachel, it was nice to have her available to help when I wasn’t getting updates via the solicitors. She chased, came back to me when she said and helped get the sale over the line. I would recommend and use again the next time I look to move.
