23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

Their dedication and expertise were evident at every step, and they always made us feel like a priority. Thanks to their hard work, we found the perfect home, and the transition was seamless. 6th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Very helpful and knowledgeable about the current property market . They were honest when giving a valuation and there fees were clearly laid out before hand with no hidden extra hidden costs. I also used the solicitor recommended by them that were good as well

The team are always available to respond to any queries. Throughout the conveyancing process they kept me updated. They keep a connection with every single stakeholder involved. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From keeping us updated with all the information we need during the process to taking care of every detail and issue we had, quickly and responsibly. Highly recommend
6th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Beware! This company do not care about tenants or their welfare. They failed to settle their own dispute with the landlord, who then turned on me to recover her losses. They basically lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with the situation, chased a tidy profit out of a very ugly situation they caused in the first place. Don't be mislead by other positive reviews... They're probably all good if all goes well and their banking their commissions, but if there are any complications they'll leave you high 'n' dry. They're simply not a good company, and their contracts are worthless pieces of paper unless the clause is in their favour. This machiavellian organisation are a disgrace to their industry. They caused me untold stress and cost me a fortune. They should not be allowed to trade. I’d strongly advise you steer clear.
29th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)From the initial meeting with Sam looking to market the property and his guidance as to a realistic valuation which helped sell it quickly, to the marketing and photos which were great. Ellie sending various documents as and when required and Jo who has been a real asset keeping me updated with the ongoing progress, liaising with all involved in the chain once the sale was agreed. Excellent professional and friendly all round, would definitely recommend using their services.
6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I exchanged and completed on my property on the same day and it ran so smoothly due to Brontë Sheridan’s expertise and guidance during every step. Brontë is absolutely amazing, she’s so calm, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, hard working, dedicated and lovely! Wayne Foley also helped in securing my sale and I took all his advice on board, which was much appreciated. Without them both I would not have sold my property, thank you both so much!

17th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)In times like this when renting a property is literally a nightmare, when agencies don't even bother to reply or answer the phone because they've got too many clients anyway, contacting Jemma from the agency was like seeing a light on the end of the tunnel or better to say an angel who finally woke you up from nightmares and gave a hope. So busy and under huge pressure, she always find time to answer your emails or call you back, she is an absolute jewel! Like my friend said and I absolutely agree, we just won a lottery with them! Edit: We lived(rented) in the house where many flats are managed by the agency and than you can get the clue why some people here are giving 1 star. I read those reviews and witnessed on my own eyes people from next door not paying bills, electricity cuts, bringing and leaving rubbish around the house and complaining that this government is not doing enough for them and they just want to live on benefits and agency suppose to give them accommodation for free??? It really makes me angry reading and seeing things like that, because if you are on benefits doesn't matter the reason why, you must understand that not even one agency will consider you in front of working people, simple as that, because you don't understand that you are risk for the people who work there, they are working for salary and they want to be payed for work they are doing, for service they are providing and you are expecting them to risk their work and life because of people who eventually might not pay the rent anymore??? Are you willing to work for someone who eventually will not pay you ? I know the answer on this one, because I'm not! I left the flat how I found it when my contract expired. We maintained it as it is our own property because we are living in it and we respect someone who owns it (same as you would expect if you give your car to someone, to fill it up, keep it clean and intact, no difference), and we got our whole deposit back on the same day our contract ended. So, don't believe some reviews here, it is not even worth it to read, because like I said, I witnessed the story behind that and how they left the property after they've got finally evicted (it was a relief for all of us in the building). Agency couldn't even place the property back to market, it was a nightmare. So they lost all that money for the rent, deposit is not going to be enough to bring it back for living condition and tell me, how people who work in the agency suppose to live? On benefits too? Sorry for my long rewiev, but someone independent needs to say the truth behind those 1 star reviews and according to this, I would just suggest the agency, "don't even bother with cases like this, because not even one agency does", but I know that you have more human approach like I said and that's why you are trying to help people even if they think that paying 6 month in front is a rip off, they don't really understand in what risk you are really placing yourself. BTW, we left the agency because our friends who left the country, gave us their property to live in, otherwise we wouldn't move from there, no chance. The best agency we experienced, honestly! Recommend!!!

31st Aug 2024 (19 days ago)We tried to let out our house in Woodford Green . Unfortunately the company couldn’t make it due to the miscommunication between the would be tenant and the agent . The tenant piled up the requirements and contractor kept on doing and being a landlord only kept loosing the rent and the money in construction. Not happy with their work and approach .May be next time they does good and I remove the review .

It's quite rare to find a company that provides satisfactory service these days, let alone an outstanding one. Well, they absolutely exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Firstly, everyone I dealt with in this business was friendly, helpful, and polite. I used them for what turned out to be a highly complex sale/purchase, and I genuinely believe that had I not used Stanton Hockett, I would never have moved. They were dedicated, kept in contact throughout, were always available to speak to, were honest throughout, and totally committed to working with all parties to ensure the whole process worked. All of these qualities were appreciated and welcomed, but for me, personally, it was the personal touch that they brought and knowing that they cared. I really cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put in for me. Special thanks to Bradley, Tina and Gavin, but know the whole team contributed, so thank you.
