It took me 4 months to find the right house to buy and Neil held the sale together for 6 months so I didnt lose my buyer! Neil kept on top of everything and everyone I spoke to in the office was courteous and efficient. I woukd use Haart again and highly recommend them.

19th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.
15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Having witnessed the practises at Lambert Smith Hampton - I can truly say they are unprofessional. During one public auction, they had people call in to artificially increase prices by bidding on the phone. They are not to be trusted.
