25th Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)We used Your Ipswich to sell our first home, the whole process was smooth and quickly managed from start to finish. Our home was marketed accurately and viewings were performed well around our schedule. We dealt mainly with Karl who seemed down to earth and honest and he was the main reason we went with Your Ipswich. They also had the best rates compared to other agents in our area and provided incentives for sellers which was a bonus. Would definitely use them again for our next sale.

24th May 2025 (22 days ago)Very good agency. Me and my family used this agency to rent a house. They find us house very fast. Perfect communication, very lovely, nice and kind staff. After we leave the property, we cleaned it very well and they returned the full deposit. I strongly recommend it.

13th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)The service I received from all members of staff, who I dealt with at different times was excellent. Special thanks though to Janet Norris, who did absolutely EVERYTHING she could to make our sale a success. She dealt with my husband and myself, and our constant questions, keeping us updated in what was a very laborious wait for completion. She also communicated with our solicitor and the estate agent for our purchase (same solicitor for sale and purchase). Plus she kept us fully informed about the sale of our house, and the reasons for the delays with the purchasers. Janet explained things to us, this kept us going at times when we simply had had enough of waiting for answers to questions from the solicitor. We have now been in our new home nearly three months, and at times we were almost ready to pull out, but the support from Janet kept us going I couldn't recommend this company enough.

4th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)We had a fantastic experience with Hizzy selling our home. Both Ross & Lee were extremely helpful, approachable and personable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated receiving updates and messages through the WhatsApp chat they set up. I would thoroughly recommend Hizzy to anyone looking to sell their home, and will definitely use them again if I move again in the future!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.

15th May 2025 (4 weeks ago)Just sold my property with Grace Estate Agents and this was the 3rd time I've used them. It wasn't 3rd time lucky. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare. Empty property selling to "Cash" buyer with nothing to sell. It took 22 weeks! Nightmare. Serious lack of communication. Rude member of staff accused me of "Throwing my toys out of the pram to get my own way" and that couldn't have been further from the truth. Definitely won't be using again and not recommending them unfortunately.

We needed to move quickly after a purchase with another agent fell through and Potters assisted with lining up several viewings in one afternoon, the negotiation and purchase. Everyone we had contact with from the office was friendly, helpful and professional. Karen in particular was instrumental in all of the above and enabled us to purchase the property swiftly.
10th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have been looking for a property to purchase for over 6 months and this is the only estate agency I have ever left a review for. They are very disorganised and don’t appear to communicate with each other. I phoned on 6th May to view a house today (10th May). They decided to phone me 1 hour before to ask questions about affordability and that the vendor may not allow us to view the property. What were you guys doing for 4 days??? People have got lives and things to do on the weekend and you have the audacity to phone 1 hour before a viewing to let me know I might not be allowed to view the house. Completely unacceptable. When I realised what a joke of an agency this was and that the vendor was going to be nothing but trouble, I cancelled the viewing. I wouldn’t recommend this agency.
5th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
