To get that phone call or email for updates or just to ask us how we were doing has meant so much. The most amazing part is the fact that Bedford's were not our Estate Agents, but further up the chain, that is true dedication to seeing the whole process through. 22nd Nov 2024 (21 days ago)biggest rip off merchants i have ever encountered won 2 lots oh dear we have lost one of them please wait 3 weeks in case we can find it. oh dear .we cannot find, refund will take time however won lot will be sent still waiting after paying 20£ .paid 25/10 oct still waiting for my goods 19th nov no apologies. we have your money screw you. worst customer service i have ever encountered and that takes some doing. have received an e mail basically making me the villain as they are only human and must be given sympathy, employ competent staff and these issues would not arise. all their staff are absolutely wonderful and beyond reproach what a joke!!!

18th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services. I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made. Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property. He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents. He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. His enthusiasm and professionalism have been outstanding and I can't recommend him enough. We are so glad that we went with Joe and would definitely use Jackson and Co again next time we sell or buy a property. So I definitely recommend Jackson and Co. Outstanding, 5stars.

31st Jul 2024 (19 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
22nd Nov 2024 (21 days ago)The consultation visit was thorough and very helpful although the valuation given was conservative. Viewing visits were booked by phone and confirmed by email with viewers names and feedback was usually provided from the agents within 48 hrs after viewing. Timing of placing the house on the market was unfortunately less than optimal for many reasons so we agreed to remove the property from the market. It was agreed to review the situation next year.

Amy was amazing at helping us get and communicate information throughout the chain and she helped get us over the line at the end when things were a bit sticky with solicitors. Thank you!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and also very patient with people like me who aren't up to date with technology. I honestly can't thank them enough. Where other agencies have let me down recently, the lovely people at Shires helped me start a new life in a new home. I would personally like to give a shout out to Karen Peachment and Michelle Chapman for making all of this happen, you both are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Thank you so much!
