13th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately, we had a disappointing viewing experience. The agent, John, appeared 20 minutes late, did not greet us on arrival, and immediately made it clear that he was short on time and said it would have to be a quick viewing. As prospective tenants, it’s hard not to wonder why a viewing was scheduled at all if viewing times aren’t adhered too and you’re treated like an inconvenience. The viewing felt rushed from start to finish, and many of our questions about the property could not be answered. This experience was a disappointment for us as we were strongly considering it as a property.

Patsy, Anthony and the team are kind, friendly and have knowledge and experience and will always endeavour to help and this has been the case for a period of several years. They keep ahead of legislative changes and give clear and informative updates to their landlords. They are also nice people! Well done to everyone at Watton Belvoir.

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. A special thanks to Andrew, who was our main point of contact. Your understanding and compassionate approach was truly refreshing.

The knowledge that they both have, the support they give throughout a stressful period of your life is 2nd to none. Andy had it set in his mind that he wanted to help us as he knew my brother and he wanted to help his little sister. A few teaser pictures were taken, shared and my house went immediately before even officially going on the market. This man knows his stuff. My brother would be beaming. Thank you from the bottom of my happy emotional filled heart for everything. So grateful
