Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.

Communication is excellent, I have been kept informed almost daily and all the staff are extemely helpful and efficient. A special mention for Matt who has made the experience of selling my bungalow so far, stress free and supportive.

In particular, Claire, Tamara and Megan have excelled themselves yet again. Thank you, Sheridans, once again you are highly recommended.
4th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)William H Brown were great with the moving in process quick & efficient. Pippa is very easy to work with and helpful. On the other hand, moving out was an absolute nightmare!!! We had 0 communication and were receiving arrears emails over 3 times when we had paid due to the internal lack of communication. When you phone each department they have no idea what is going on. It’s so clear that there is no communication throughout the departments. We had a checkout scheduled in and waited at the house for 2 hours. Nobody showed up nor called or emailed us. Thankfully we ended up making contact with an agent called Richard from the Thetford branch, he listened to our frustrations and helped us get in contact with the relevant people. Would not recommend at all!

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. And their marketing of the property is fantastic, the photographer and videographer where fantastic, the brochures they produce as well really do stand out. I must mention Mattie, a big shout out to her, she has the perfect positive attitude, detailed on viewings, and she will sell our home for sure with her can do attitude alone. Can’t recommend her enough and a credit to M&B.
