Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.

From the very first viewing to signing the contract, the entire renting process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What really stood out to me was the speed and organisation everything moved forward without unnecessary delays, which made a huge difference. A special thank you to Buster, my assigned agent, who was absolutely fantastic throughout, I will give him 50 stars if that will be possible. This is how agents should work, a very nice and kind man still professional. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting service. Their team truly goes above and beyond to make the process seamless. Thank you again for such a great experience!

5th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!

14th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)I would like to give my review about the good service I received from leaders, Logan Badhasha was the gentleman who attended to me regarding my property choice, Logan was very helpful and ensure everything was in order, Logan appears to be the best I have spoken to at leaders so far, in as much as everyone is kind, Logan is more kind and understanding, Logan is also very prompt in responding to mails and calls. Logan ensure everything is in order according to the preferences of the landlord. I am Still hoping to be successful in my application but just thought I would like leaders property knows about one of their best staff that deserves an award. Logan does his job well and was very respectful.

And their marketing of the property is fantastic, the photographer and videographer where fantastic, the brochures they produce as well really do stand out. I must mention Mattie, a big shout out to her, she has the perfect positive attitude, detailed on viewings, and she will sell our home for sure with her can do attitude alone. Can’t recommend her enough and a credit to M&B.
