12th Apr 2024 (5 mo. ago)The only quality agents in Bookham and only ones I would recommend if you want to sell. Angela and Nick were exceptional with many years experience between them which meant I trusted their opinions and views, I felt in good hands. They were honest, friendly and had integrity which were not normally words associated with estate agents. I’ve had experience of all agents on Bookham high street but it was only Angela and Nick who really took time to understand my position, listen, advice and stay in contact even if there wasn’t much of an update. They went above and beyond providing helpful guidance and advice when there were hiccups and quite crucially helping communicate between parties when things weren’t moving as quickly as desired - most agents don’t do this and pass it off to sales progressors. I have particularly valued having a relationship with Nick and Angela from start to finish which separates Huggins from the bigger chains. Maintaining relationship and contact between vendor and buyer is the difference between selling and not selling both did this exceptionally well. Special mention to Angela who gave me a lot of her time when things got stressful but they both had patience of saints. Nick and Angela would be my first choice for selling again and highly recommend to others.

20th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have just completed the sale of our house through Wills & Smerdon. The process was difficult and protracted which reflected the prevailing market conditions. However throughout the process we received good advice on pricing and market conditions together regular progress reports. The service we received from all the W&S staff in the Horsley office and particularly Chloe was excellent.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. 31st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

These are the most proactive agents I have come across since I started the process in April and we’ve dealt with a few because we’re selling two properties. Nic and Natasha are extremely communicative and break down all the finer details for me. They have time for me on the phone and are not negative about the market like most agents at the moment. Their approach is hardworking and positive which fills me with a lot of confidence. Both Natasha and Nic have given me a lot of market insight and data on my type of property which has been very useful. I look forward to continuing the process with them.
