As a result of his diligence, the purchase went though and the process was made as easy as possible. I will be using them again.

From the time I met Lauren and Sheila at my rental home, I was so impressed and appreciative. The property needed a lot of work and they went out of their way to help, guide and supply endless advice. It was quite overwhelming when the keys were handed back and I made the list of work that needing doing. They helped with choosing wall paint colours and advised on good choice of flooring. They send me links to many suppliers. They made a hard job managing the process very easy. They were quick to follow up on viewings and had 3 offers in a short time over the quiet Christmas period. They were very positive. I am a very happy landlord. A huge thank you to a great team.

He was very attentive to our property requirements and timely in bringing houses to our attention. Having previously sold our house through Seymour’s, they have been true to their motto and have been real “partners” in our property journey. Well done.
15th Mar 2025 (13 weeks ago)We rented an apartment through this agency and encountered several issues that I feel should be noted. After moving in, I discovered mould and mildew on the bathroom ceiling that were not disclosed at the time of tenancy. When I raised these concerns, the owner explained that certain features, such as the shower over the bath, were not designed for regular use and declined to address the aged and peeling paint. At the end of the tenancy, I found that deductions were being made from my deposit to cover flooring replacement and cleaning costs, despite the property condition being within normal wear and tear. The inventory report appeared to exaggerate discrepancies between check?in and check?out conditions. Fortunately, my deposit was protected by the DPS, and I was able to obtain a full refund after submitting a statutory declaration. I have heard similar concerns from other tenants, particularly international renters, regarding disputes at tenancy end. I advise prospective tenants to thoroughly inspect any property before committing. While the agency may offer cost-effective solutions for some landlords, potential renters should be cautious and fully assess the property’s condition.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

Her locally-driven knowledge of the area, and earnest understanding of the intricacies of buying a place really helped us on the day. I look forward to being shown more properties by Olivia, and hopefully finding a new home with Ralph James in the future!
