From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the lease, I felt there was good communication although it can take a couple of days for a reply via email. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Louise and Rhiannon were readily available to provide guidance and clarification. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout. Their expertise was invaluable in navigating the complexities of renting a property, and I felt confident knowing that I was in capable hands. Overall, my experience with Sinclair’s was pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner in their renting or property journey.

Sam looked after us and throughout the whole process he kept us updated, he was very efficient and communicated great with all the solicitors and us. And he got us in for Christmas. 11th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
