3rd Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)We were given a section 21 due to the landlord wanting to sell the house. Overall they were quite unprofessional during the process, arranging viewings without telling us and trying to make silly deductions from our deposit. It’s a shame, we had a good experience while Cameron was working there, but once he left it went downhill.

28th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)Unprofessional agents! Viewed property, made application, and then they didn’t call as they promised, tried to call them and no one picked up phone afterwards, and in next two days property was gone to different renters! Don’t fall for these agents!

31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

10th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Jamie, Gemma, John (x2) and Penny (plus everyone behind the scenes). We sold our home and brought another. This was an amazing personalised service of a small close knit team who really tailored our experience to work with us. We were out of the country for weeks on end yet they still communicated with us at times that suited our time zone (at our request). To letting in the home surveyor of our sold property whilst we were away. Alongside 24/7 7 days a week support via WhatsApp or email. This is just a few of the many things Home Property took in their stride and supported us with. We were so impressed with the knowledge they have over South Leicestershire and how no request was too much trouble. To helping us when we had sold with chasing solicitors and not allowing large pauses of our sale. They really went the extra mile to get us sold. We recommend them to all of our friends and will be using them again in the future for sure. Mia and Jordan

But Aftab managed to sell my house within 2 months when I went with him. Jazakallah for your help Aftab and I would recommend any of my friends and family to Aftab and Main Estates whenever they are looking to sell their house
19th Dec 2024 (28 days ago)Excellent team. Excellent service from start to finish. Initially I called to make an enquiry and Rebecca came out to value for us and very quickly got us on the market. A day for photos a marketing package and our for sale board. Sally and the team in the office are fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. We sold on the first viewing and they negotiated and managed the sale throughout with regular, unprompted updates. Communication was excellent as well as keeping things on track with solicitors. It has been seamless and went through in about 3 months. One very happy customer and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks again Holders.
