Their level of service consistently went above and beyond what could have been expected. The whole team was unfailingly polite and ready to provide information throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We had a property fall through with Bridgfords, it was managed terribly as we got a call from Brigfords asking why things were taking so long and why we weren’t putting more pressure on the sellers - it turned out they’d called because the sellers had contacted her already to say they were pulling out because they wouldn’t be able to secure an onward purchase in time for their kid’s school. The fact we could have known the seller had pulled out two weeks earlier was pretty devastating and I’m not sure what their plan was for us to reignite the deal without knowing it had fallen through, but instead we had to wait two weeks later when their solicitor replied confused to ours on a chaser that they had pulled out and had informed Brigfords so long ago. Brigfords were pretty brazen when we called to ask about this and tried to sell us an auction property that was much lower quality.
22nd Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Helpful staff when sale was progressing and when chain subsequently collapsed but overall felt that my sale was not a priority. I had to chase them for progress and feedback. I feel they offer more to clients at the upper end of the market.

17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Excellent knowledge and professionalism putting you at ease as soon as you meet them. John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .

(81 reviews)11th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I used Pennine Kennedy for a new build conveyance last year and my experience was absolutely awful. They made a significant mistake in their memorandum of advice. Their negligence on the matter has caused me to lose almost £70k. I found that they are unresponsive when you need legal counsel the most, perhaps because of high staff turnover and because they take on too many matters. What is even more disrespectful and a wonton breach of their duty of care to clients is that I raise a complaint in January and still have not received a response. They keep stalling me. I am now taking it up with SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and lawyers. If I were doing it again, I would use a conveyancer that comes recommended by an impartial party (not real estate agents that refer work to them) and has the capacity to handle the conveyance with the care it deserves.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
