I delt with the sale for my elderly parents, who are not in the best of health. Charlotte handled all the viewings which was so very helpful. From start to finish this was completed very quickly and easily. We were kept up to date at all times. Unfortunately my Dad passed away four weeks before completion. Again Charlotte swung into action, liasing with our solicitor to get the property completed. I would one hundred percent recommend Hinchliffe Holmes, and will definitely use them again. Thanks, Josh, Charlotte and team, I can't thank you enough.

As someone new to the area I had no idea where to turn and this company were so helpful. The paperwork was fast and they respond to any issues in the house equally as speedy and with high quality solutions. Easy to talk to and were always friendly. Only moving due to relocation.

Very happy with how the property was marketed; excellent professional photographs and description which accurately described the property promoting its good points without inaccurate estate agent speak. Good use of social media. Good knowledge of area. I don't think lack of an office is a disadvantage when most prospective purchasers look on line. James conducted all the viewings and kept us informed at all times. He was always available and he works hard to get a sale.
